Woodall's is a 55+ land lease, pet free, manufactured home and RV community.  There are 216 home sites at this community, offering rental lots to both short term RV owners and long term mobile home occupancy.  They offer seasonal rentals (winter), as well.

There is a proud history to this charming community:

In 1946, Americans were on the move after the war. Family travel and adventure was again possible. Florida was then, as it is now, a popular destination. That year, J.H. Woodall Sr., with his sons John and Paul, broke ground for a new mobile home and travel trailer park on the western edge of Lakeland Florida.

The first guests appeared the following year, coming from as far north as Canada. In time, most all of the 50 states have been represented.

Today, in 2011, they are commended for their 65th anniversary!  They are in their third generation and count themselves fortunate to be acknowledged as one of the oldest family-owned and operated mobile home villages in Central Florida!

On site there is a large shuffleboard court, complete with a resident player's association. Located near the village entrance is an air-conditioned recreation hall fully equipped with kitchen facilities, restrooms, wheelchair access, card room, stage and seating for 200 guests.
